I love this time of year! The sun is constantly shining and my mood is just generally more pleasant when it's gorgeous outside. Not to mention that sitting and blogging on my porch by far beats my office any day. The local farmers markets have just started up and the city is gearing up for the myriad of art/craft shows, outdoor concerts, fairs, and festivals that means summer really is approaching! And speaking of craft shows, I am currently working towards my goal of having at least one show booked every weekend! I have just been accepted for the Fun Day Event held in Des Moines at the Highland Park Legion Hall from 10am-4pm on Sunday June 3rd! Yay!! I have a few other shows awaiting approval for early June so I am keeping my fingers crossed and will keep you all posted!
Now its off to get ready for the day. I have a feeling its going to be a long one, made even longer by the fact that I am so excited for tomorrow!
